1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gentle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gentle for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (habits, notes, check-ins). We don't claim any rights to your data. As explained in our Privacy Policy, your data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Gentle only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
• Redistribute or resell the App

5. Purchases

Gentle is a paid app. Your purchase is processed through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. If you have issues with your purchase, please contact Apple Support.

6. No Warranty

Gentle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to make the App reliable and useful, we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

8. Data Loss

While we design Gentle to safely store your data, you are responsible for maintaining backups. We recommend keeping iCloud backup enabled. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

9. Updates

We may release updates to improve the App. These terms apply to all updates unless we provide new terms with the update.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your devices. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date when we make changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.
