1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Stack & Blast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Piotr Gebski ("Developer", "we", "us", "our").
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.
This license does not allow you to:
- Distribute, sublicense, or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
- Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
3. App Description
Stack & Blast is a single-player puzzle game available on iOS. The App includes:
- Three game modes (Classic, Daily Challenge, Blast Rush)
- Cosmetic block skin themes unlockable through gameplay or purchase
- In-app purchases for virtual currency (coins), cosmetic items, and ad removal
- Advertisements, including optional rewarded video ads and periodic interstitial ads between games
- Apple Game Center leaderboard integration
- Local storage of scores, statistics, and preferences
4. User Eligibility
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for users of all ages. No account creation or personal information is required to use the App.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian to ensure that you and your parent or legal guardian understand these Terms.
5. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including:
- Rewarded video ads — optional ads you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards (for example, to activate the bomb continue feature or double your score after a game)
- Interstitial ads — full-screen ads that may appear periodically between games
You may remove all advertisements by purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. By using the App with advertisements, you acknowledge that:
- Ad content is provided by third parties and is not controlled by us
- We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party advertisements
- Interaction with advertised products or services is at your own risk and subject to the advertiser's terms
6. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency
The App offers optional in-app purchases ("IAPs") processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Available purchases may include:
- Coin packs — virtual currency ("Coins") used to unlock cosmetic skins within the App
- Cosmetic skin bundles — themed visual block styles for gameplay
- Remove Ads — a one-time purchase that permanently removes all advertisements
By making an in-app purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies
- Coins and cosmetic items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash
- Virtual currency and purchased items are stored locally on your device and may be lost if you delete the App
- We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and the virtual economy at any time
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple; we do not collect or have access to your payment information

7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to the game design, visual assets, procedurally-generated audio, source code, and text, is the intellectual property of Piotr Gebski and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The name "Stack & Blast", the app icon, and all associated branding are trademarks of Piotr Gebski.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features of the App for competitive advantage or disruption
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
9. Updates & Changes
We may from time to time issue updates to the App, which may include bug fixes, new features, or changes to existing functionality. Updates may be delivered automatically through the App Store or may require manual action on your part.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PIOTR GEBSKI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your device data
- Any third-party content or conduct in the App, including advertisements
- Any other matter relating to the App
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (WHICH IS ZERO FOR A FREE APP).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Piotr Gebski from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
13. Apple App Store Terms
These Terms are between you and Piotr Gebski only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
Your use of the App must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable App Store usage rules.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
