Numvana ("we", "our", or "the app") is a puzzle game developed for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use Numvana, how it is used, and your rights.
Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information. Numvana does not require an account, login, email address, or any personally identifiable information to use.
All game data — including scores, settings, achievements, saved game state, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
Third-Party Services
Numvana uses the following third-party services:
Google AdMob
Numvana displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (by Google LLC). Google AdMob may collect certain device information to serve relevant ads, including:
- Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising Identifier / IDFA)
- Device type and operating system version
- General location (IP-based, not precise GPS)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Numvana does not have access to this data.
You can limit ad personalization through your device settings:
- Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (to disable app tracking)
- Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising (to limit ad personalization)
Apple Game Center
Numvana uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards. When you are signed into Game Center, your scores are submitted to Apple's servers and associated with your Game Center profile. This data is managed by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. Numvana does not access or store your Game Center identity beyond what is needed for score submission.
In-App Purchases
Numvana offers optional in-app purchases (premium themes, ad removal, and bundles) processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. All purchase records are managed by Apple through your Apple ID account.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, or contact information
- Location data (GPS or otherwise)
- Photos, camera, or microphone data
- Health or fitness data
- Financial or payment information
- Browsing history or search history
- User-generated content
- Contacts or address book data
- Analytics or usage data (beyond what Google AdMob collects for ad serving)
Children's Privacy
Numvana is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The app does not include social features, chat functionality, or user-generated content. Ads served by Google AdMob comply with Google's policies regarding ads shown to children.
Data Storage and Security
All game data is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms (UserDefaults and SwiftData). No game data is transmitted to our servers. Network communication occurs only with Google AdMob for advertisements, Apple Game Center for leaderboard scores, and the App Store for in-app purchase verification.
Notifications
Numvana may request permission to send local push notifications. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and are not sent from any external server. Notifications are used for:
- Daily Reminder: An optional daily notification scheduled locally
- Focus Timer: Alerts when Pomodoro work or break phases end
You can disable notifications at any time through the app's Settings or through iOS Settings.
Your Rights
You can:
- Delete all app data by deleting Numvana from your device
- Disable ad tracking through iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
- Disable notifications through iOS Settings > Numvana > Notifications
- Reset your Advertising Identifier through iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of Numvana after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
