Reporting a Bug

Found something that doesn't work right? We appreciate your help in making Numvana better. When reporting a bug, please include the following information:

Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful and can be attached directly to the email.

Common Issues

Game progress lost after update

Numvana stores all data locally on your device. Updating the app should preserve your data. If progress was lost, it may have been caused by deleting and reinstalling the app. Unfortunately, deleted data cannot be recovered as there is no cloud backup.

Ads not loading

Ads require an internet connection. If ads fail to load, the game continues normally without them. This is not a bug. If you've reached the "Enlightened" achievement (100K lifetime points), interstitial ads are permanently removed.

Focus Timer not working in background

The Focus Timer tracks elapsed time and recalibrates when you return to the app. Ensure notifications are enabled in both the app's Settings and iOS Settings > Numvana > Notifications so you receive alerts when phases end.

No sound or music

Check that Music and Sound Effects are enabled in the app's Settings (gear icon on the main menu). Also verify that your device is not in Silent Mode (check the physical switch on the side of your iPhone) and that the volume is turned up.

In-app purchase not restored

If a previous purchase isn't showing, go to the Store screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If the issue persists, contact us with your Apple ID email and approximate purchase date.

Game Center leaderboard not updating

Scores are submitted to Game Center when you finish a game or exit to the main menu. Make sure you're signed into Game Center in iOS Settings > Game Center. If scores aren't appearing, try signing out and back into Game Center.
